1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the artwork’s availability and destination. RAWW works with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1.2 Delivery Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork and will be communicated before order confirmation.

1.3 International Deliveries

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

1.4 Delivery Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged or delayed, please notify suport@raww-art.com within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation by emailing suport@raww-art.com.

2.2 Returns

As all artworks are unique, returns are only accepted in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

2.3 Refunds

Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 14 working days via the same payment method used.
